Welcome to our info section, please find below answers to questions we are frequently asked about our Garage Nation events.

For all ticketing questions please contact the external ticket company your purchase was through.
Tickets purchased through our website are managed by www.skiddle.com please head here: www.skiddle.com/contact or call 03333 010101.

Or please contact the individual venues own ticketing system or company.

Please check individually but most of our events are Over 18’s and most venues operate a NO ID NO ENTRY Policy.
We advise every customer to bring a valid, in date Passport or Drivers License, no refunds can be given for refusal of entry due to insufficient or no ID.
If you have an issue with valid ID for an event, you must contact the venue directly as all ID and door policies are down to the venue.

Please check individually but most of our events offer group discounts.
If you are planning on attending an event in a group of 10 or more please email support@garage-nation.com and we can offer an incentive.

Unfortunately there is no re admission, if you leave the event you will not be allowed back in.

As stated when purchasing tickets, tickets purchased are non-transferable and names cannot be changed. This is to protect our customers against ticket fraud. Ticket refunds can only be given if an event is cancelled.

Skiddle is our official ticket partner and we strongly advise only buying tickets via this outlet. Please do not buy tickets via social media or people you don’t know or trust as the tickets could be fake and tickets are non-transferable.

Please check individually but most of our events don’t have a dress code.
If you have any questions in regard to dress code, you must contact the venue directly as all dress code policies are down to the venue.
